Context
Yuzu was born as part of a journey inspired by cuisines from different lands, joined by the sea — the thread that unites Peruvian, Japanese and Salvadoran cultures. Yuzu proposes a variety of dishes and experiences of Asian‑Latin American fusion that bring the beauties of the sea to the palate.

Nikkei: cooking with Peruvian ingredients shaped by Japanese techniques.

Monogram & palette
A stacked YU/ZU monogram in ink, olive, saffron and sand, and an engraved fish emblem for Cocina Nikkei.
