Kaeru Ramen
EF_15©23
Context
Kaeru is El Salvador's first ramen house — a blend of Japanese cuisine and local flavours. From conceptualisation to execution we crafted every element, including the restaurant's name, its visual identity, and the experience around it.
Japanese craftsmanship and Salvadoran flavour, under one roof.
The work
Built with local artists, chefs and restaurant owners.
The goal was a brand that authentically captures that fusion — made by working constantly with people on the ground to create an experience that could only exist here.
Japanese craftsmanship, local flavour.
